What Customers Say About DEWALT DCA15250G Heavy Duty 15GA 2 1/2-Inch Galvanlized Angled Nail (4,000 per pack):

I would order this one over the phone to be sure you are getting the right ones. Make sure you get the galvanized nails. Despite the reviews from other people who have had the same problem, Amazon continues to send out the interior/non-galvanized nails when you order the galvanized. Amazon did send me the right ones after I called and complained, and had me return the wrong ones free of charge, but it was a real pain and really messed up my weekend plans. Other than that, the nails are great - no jams yet.

I tried to get these through Hardware Sales Oct 2008. But can't somebody at Amazon sort all this out so that we can get what we order. Paul there says that Amazon confused the listing (they list the Hardware Sales bright nails under the wrong Dewalt code, I guess) and so for whatever reason I got the bright nails when I ordered the galvanized. Haven't used them so I have no idea if they are any good but I assume they are terrific. And spell Galvanized correctly at the same time. Thanks.

Wrong. I've left intact the warning I've been giving below, only because whoever edited this page misspelled "Galvanized" so I'm not sure they actually do have this product figured out. Will I get, like last time, the wrong nails. Please note that as of today (19 March 2008) the Amazon warehouse and this website think that the galvanized and ungalvanized nails have the same DeWalt number--DCA15250. order Galvanized nails, and 2. Somebody weigh in and let me know. Thanks,BobEARLIER STATEMENT.These are great nails and I will not buy any other than DeWalt until someone demonstrates to me that another brand works as well as these excellent nails have been working on my electric nailer.HOWEVER.

Also, I filled in the feedback request at the bottom of this page. Should I order. The galvanized nails should have the DeWalt number--DCA15250G (the G at the end indicates Galvanized).Last month I sent an e-mail with my request for refund and it seemed to have been handled entirely electronically so I have my doubts that the problem is solved. I ordered one box, each, of the galvanized and un-galvanized nails. What I received was two boxes of UN-GALVANIZED nails. As soon as the numbering at the top of this page gets squared away I figure someone at Amazon has become aware of, and fixed, the problem, at which time I will: 1.

delete this warning about the confusion. As long as the galvanized and UN-galvanized nails are listed with the same product number--DCA1525--then I will figure the problem has NOT been resolved.

While one assumes that gunnails are the same. They're not. Depending on the type or brand of gun that you have, I have noticed that the DeWalt nails I purchased move smoothly in the magazine and don't double fire as much. That coupled with a great price, makes it a good buy.
